Emily is a great host. This is great location for a getaway weekend or some real country side peace. Location close to Skanda vale and kali temple. Amazing!!

Bryn y cadno is a beautiful site, owned by a lovely couple Effort they put is incredible 
We stayed in bell tent it was really spacious and they also put extra blankets and pillows for us all wow really impressed with all there effort and care Before visit I was worried about using compost toilet but it’s was not that bad They provided us with picnic table near to our tent and also provided us with fully equipped kitchen with lots of utensils We are also provided with fire pit with barbecue grill which was wonderful They took proper measures taking Covid into consideration ,all pitch and tent are placed at distance from each other …totally impressed. There is a washing up area as well which made it even more easy for us to wash utensils Shower was also clean and hot water shower was available. They got four cute and friendly cats as well Wi-Fi was little weak but it’s ok ,holiday without Wi-Fi signal made it even better They got a lovely farm with lots of organic vegetables grown by them ,they gave us beetroot as well from there farm …..wow Will surely visit again Thx

Our stay was absolutely fab! Lis and Terry provided the warmest of welcomes and our little one was off collecting eggs before we knew it. They also had children's toys and we enjoyed fresh salad from their wonderful veg patch. A farm is a beautiful place, largely left for the benefit of wildlife yet with purposeful and modern facilities. The camping field is such a relaxing place to spend time and soak up nature. The site is really well located, just a few minutes from Llandeilo, which is a lovely little town. Close to Dinefwr, National Botanic Gardens, and limitless Carmarthenshire countryside. One of the most special places we've ever camped - we can't wait to go back!

A wonderful and tranquil break. We had the Bell Tent which was superb and the covered camp kitchen just outside made everything perfect. Wonderful hosts in Lis and Terry. We will most certainly be returning. Diolch yn fawr

One of the best camping spots I have stayed at. Lis and Terry are so welcoming and accommodating. The spot is serene and so relaxing. Lovely being surrounded by lush green nature and waking up to the sound of the stream. So tranquil. Would definitely recommend this spot and being part of the green camping initiative it’s great to know you are enjoying camping and supporting a sustainable cause.

This campsite is a hidden gem in a rural but accessible location. With the “good life” at its heart, the site and its surrounding grounds are picturesque and idyllic. Our pitch was spacious and extremely well maintained whilst keeping its natural beauty. The facilities were environmentally friendly, clean, and purposeful. Each pitch had its own compost toilet, picnic bench and fire pit. Wood for the fire, kindling and most importantly, marshmallows can be purchased from the farmhouse at a very reasonable price. Along with other items, such as freshly laid eggs! The Hosts, Elizabeth and Terry were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as perfect as can be. This included providing garden toys for the children, nets to play in the stream with and a trip to feed the lambs. They assisted us with our belongings to our pitch, were on hand to provide assistance and welcomed us from a long drive with the offer of a coffee and a sit down. As hosts, you really don’t get better. The campsite is in a great location to visit surrounding attractions. As a family of five, with children aged 5, 8 and 14, we visited the National showcases of Wales, hiked up Pen y Fan and explored a tropical wildlife park. All of which within 40 miles of the site. The local town is 3 miles away, with a large Coop, various shops, cafes and take always. The campsite has no phone signal, which turned out to be a blessing for our family trip. It meant all our attention was on each other and having good quality time together. We really enjoyed our time here and wished it was longer. We will be sure to return soon.

My wife, family and I stayed with Lis and Terry for a week in late summer 2021, and had a WONDERFUL time. We onlky discovered them at the last minute as we had to relocate from another campsite a few miles down the road due to overcrowding and that experience being very much not what we were looking for! After hurredly finding Bryn y Cadno's website and a swift phone call to Lis late at night later, we rocked up the following morning. And boy, did we find a gem of a campsite! A tucked away gem in isolated Wales. This was definitely off teh beaten track, but well worth the trek for the silence (except for the babbling stream which ran down the saide of the camping field). It was so obvious that care, love and attention to detail had been lavished on the many aspects of the Bryn y Cadno site. Terry and Lis were brilliant and accomodating hosts, where nothing was too much trouble, and they were always happy to share the time of day with you for a lovely natter. We were even greeted upon arrival with a fresh cuppa! I can't rate their camp site highly enough, and wish them the very best for the future. They saved my family's holiday (as we were on the brink of driving home with a crying wife and 3 children!). THANK YOU!
